We are a small law firm located in the Wells Fargo Bank Building in downtown Englewood, Colorado, just south of Denver. Our office is convenient to the entire metropolitan area and has plenty of free parking.
Our practice focuses on the legal issues of the elderly, disabled and their families. We have a multi-faceted and holistic approach to the law in which we consider how legal decisions will affect the quality of our clients' lives . Our clients can rely on vigorous and ethical representation in all areas of traditional estate planning including wills, trusts, probate court work and real estate as well as long term care planning and public benefits programs, including Medicaid and Medicare.
Our five lawyers and five legal assistants have many years of experience in elder law and are very familiar with resources available to the elderly and disabled in the state. Our staff is second to none in staying up to date on proposed changes in the law, especially in the rapidly changing area of Medicaid.
There is never an obligation to retain our office for legal work after seeing one of the lawyers. If you do decide to hire us, we would be privileged to work with you in a confidential and professional manner. Our office environment is friendly and comfortable and our staff is always welcoming to both new and established clients.
We appreciate your visiting our website. The purpose of the site is to provide general information to the public. However, visiting our site does not mean there is an attorney-client relationship with the firm. Please call us for an appointment at your convenience, for specific information relating to your situation. We have many clients who live out of state or who have relatives in Colorado and we welcome all inquiries regarding whether we can be of help to you in your situation.
